  4. Restricted Materials Permits for each fumigation type

  5. Buffer zone considerations and compliance

  6. Applicator and bystander safety considerations

  7. Air Board permits and compliance

  8. Training program

  9. PPE selection, proper use, policies, policing

  10. Proper dose calculations for different fumigants, situations and seasons

  11. Notifications

  12. Monitoring program

  13. Written Respiratory Protection Program

  14. Emergency Response Program

  15. Organic Pesticide Protection Program (if applicable)

  16. Chemical Control Program

  17. Proper pesticide storage and inventory management

  18. Documentation for legal requirements, complaint defense and FMP’s
